PURCHASING CLERK
Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor information.
Assist in monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages and overages.
Work closely with the procurement team to support efficient procurement operations.
Assist with data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks related to procurement activities.
PURCHASING CLERK
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business or related field preferred).
Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or related administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
MUST have knowledge in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing materials as well as sheet metals.
