As a Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manager in various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
1.
Assist the manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- ----Handling accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Conducting training sessions remotely via web conferencing tools.
- Coordinating and maintaining communication with third-party vendors.
2.
Manage work and repair flows:
- Oversee the workflow of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
3.
Collaborate with the customer service team:
- Communicate effectively with the customer service team to set appropriate expectations for guests and property owners.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
4.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients:
- Verify new client information and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new rental listings.
5.
Perform general administrative tasks:
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Navigate and utilize basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Canva.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Requirements:
1.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
3.
Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.
4.
Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Canva).
5.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7.
Valid driver's license.
8.
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
9.
Hybrid Location.
Work from home 1-2 days per week.
Work from the office 2-4 days per week.
