The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
This work will cover 1 location in Tulare, 1-hour, two days per week Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:
30pm to 6:
30pm Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be willing work hard, physically walk a lot of miles in a day.
Proven working experience.
Integrity and ability to work independently.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to continually stand or remain on feet when performing all job functions.
Must be able to continuously push, pull, stoop and crouch when performing job functions related to servicing and cleaning machines and facility.
